Rebate offer scam. AT&T promises $50. Rebate but only gives gift card worth $30. Multiple cities

AT&T has been scamming people for millions of dollars by first, over-charging for products, offering a rebate simultaneously. When all the required forms are sent in to receive the rebate, it is denied, saying a form is missing. I call them out on that, three months later receive rebate debit card for $30 value instead of $50. Value.

I know this is happening to a lot of people. It can't be legal! AT&T is using very unscrupulous business to scam their customers and we shouldn't tolerate these practices.
