Delivery guy dumped 150 pound package

The platform bed, my daughter ordered, weighed over 150 pounds.instead of leaving it at my front door, the delivery guy dumps it at the front office of my apartment complex. They call and ask me to come get it before they close at 5pm. My daughter had to get off from work early, and with extreme difficulty, we had to drag that box out of the office, across pavement, and lug it into her car. Then lug it out of the car, across pavement, and finally into the apartment. I had nothing to lift this thing with and roll it around. Now my back hurts with small spasms. Why didn't the delivery guy ensure someone was home to accept this heavy package before delivering it? Why didn't he just leave it on my front porch??? It's not like anyone would have been able to steal a 150 pound package with ease??? Now my back hurts and I'm mad as hell!!! I paid to have that package delivered to my door, and it wasn't!!!
