Your Logistics Suck

I see all of these commercials about UPS Logistics and how wonderful they are. I get notices on my door that there will be a package here for me X Before 10:30 X Between 10:30-2:00. That's a pretty big window and people have to work!

I couldn't take a day off to get a package, I just figured id pick it up from their center. Well I call to make sure I can go grab it an "Its already been processed for return to sender and no one can stop it". What if I contact the sender? Nope, no one can stop it. I see its right up the street from me though, why can it not be picked up?

If your sooooo bloody good with logistics, why not email the receiver, schedule a time that will work with them, and then plan your delivery routs accordingly? You suck UPS. I will request FedEX from here forward.
