I have made an order to the value of $189.00 over a month ago and still have not received my goods. The tracking number that this so called Lucy has given me, does not register with any of the postal companies they say they use. Every time I write to complain they give me vague answers and Lucy says that she will give me a new tracking number soon. Be patient she says. I don't know how much more patient I can be. I now see, that other people on this forum have had similar experiences with Lucy, and sadly like me have never received any goods. I am upset with myself as I am usually very careful where I shop online. The bottom line is, a DO NOT BUY FROM PANDORAUSTRALIA. CHARM.com. They are a fraud. I just hope that I can stop other people from being ripped off.By the way this company is not Australian at all. They are actually based in china.
