We were on our honeymoon in Dec. 2009 when we boarded our dog Lucy with the Wuf Spa. Mid-week, we received a call that they had lost our dog. The owner told us that somehow Lucy got out of a locked cage and out the front door as an employee was entering. Since then, they've acted like we're an inconvenience. We're heartbroken. Lucy is still missing. We would have been better off chaining our dog to a tree in the backyard.
