On the 02/11 I took up an offer from media crawler of a 7 day trial for $1.99. If I liked the software or did not cancel the trial within 7 days. I would automatically be charged for the full package of $69. On the 02/13. I decided. To cancel. When entering my email and password to do so. My password was not recognised. I had deleted the id number by fault as well. So I sent an email to media crawler. Asking for the necessary password an id number I had confirmation the message was received and they would get back to me, I have emailed them through the media crawler forgot password page every day since, message of confirmation always given. Today 6 days later still no response. Tomorrow will be the end of trial period. So expecting them to take $69 from the account i gave them. I do not want the software. How does one contact the con artists
