I answered an advertisement for winning a prize. When I got the "enter pin" I clicked off and then I got a charge on my phone bill for 2 charges of $9.99 both for "My Mobile Care" and "TodayzBest" which are the same company.

I have requested all authentication documents of my contact with the company and for them to prove that I signed up for any services or agree to any services whatsoever.
