Was promised a 50% reduction on my mortgage rate or money back guaruntee. Havent heard back since money was deducted from my account. Phone lines are disconnected and have sent emails and they keep getting bounced back. Called Citizens headquarters in Rhode Island and they have no record of employee. Called my mortgage company, and they were never in contact with anyone from Citizens
