Citizens Financial promised to assist me in re-structuring my mortgage with my current lender for a fee of $2500. I did the background checks on the company and talked with them numerous times before deciding to go with them. Their references even checked out. They were not able to assist me at all and promised a 100% refund if they were not able to assist, which I have the document. I was told they would be sending my refund check the 2nd week of February. It's now the 9th of March and still not check. No calls have been answered and all emails have been returned. Where do you go from here?
