I contacted Citizens after I did an extensive search on google, and other resources like BBB. I was pleasently surprised, mostly since it was the first time I actually heard there was a money back guarantee that this process would help me at least reduce my current interest rate to lower one. I called my mortgage servicer, who claimed never to have received any paper work on my behalf, of course by this time everyone at citizens (Lucy Gutierrez) had already disappeared into thin air. Does anyone know if any refunds have been established as of today?
