Groupon advertised a spa day for 2 with 2 60 minute treatments each at J2A in Accrington. Extremely misleading from the start it was an everyday hair and beauty salon not a spa and there was no sauna as promised. The place was dirty, the staff were rude and unprofessional. My friend and I left feeling let down and ripped off! They left us sat for 1 hour on arriving because they had booked us in at 12 instead of 11 - yet this wasn't explained on us arriving. We were then left for a further hour in a basement of this terraced building sat on a tiny sofa for a further hour with some soggy sandwiches! This was followed by 2x 30 minute treatments, half what was agreed! Very unhappy witj both Groupon and J2A. When complaining to the manager he was just as rude as his staff and simply said in a cocky manner "Well what do you want me to do!"

Avoid this place.
