Dissapointing

I had booked a groupon offer for a pamper day with j2a which was bought for a birthday gift. Despite being booked well in advance i was first of all sent away being told by there rude manager that we had not been booked in. I then rebooked and on arrival had o wait for an hour downstairs in a cold basement. We was expecting a sauna and other facilities which clearly missleading. We was then taken up a steep set of steps to get changed for our treatments. The towels were wet and smelly that was provided and we only recieved two half an hour treatments which wasnt stated. We found the manager very rude. The whole place as a disgrace!
