Ordered a so called free trial only to find 3 days after the first pot arrived they charged my account for $89. I tried to cancel with an email on their site as this was all I could find. Thinking this was at an end, I received a further pot and was also charged $89. I then sent another email asking for acknowledgment of my cancelation. No reply although they then proceeded to take out of my account for another two pots that I did not receive. I then had to cancel my card and for another card. I have many times tried to phone the NZ customer number 8010016 for Auckland only to be cut off. They only want your bank card details. Be warned, this is a scam.
