A representative from this company phoned me and claimed that a hacker has corrupted my windows 7 system. He claimed that my windows license had be voided and my computer was at risk. Once he had access he produced false documentation on my computer to convice me of his authentisity. Each time I asked repeatedly to provide authorization from microsoft and he simply tunred me over to another individual who then lied about their relationship. I unfortunately paid for a service to restore my window's license. I did not receive a receipt for the subscription or a contact number as promised as an e-mail. This is obviouly a scam and is alluded to as such on a microsoft website I subsequently accessed. I have cancelled my credit card and filed a complaint with the bank and the process company that processed my payment. I am a victim of a prepared scam to gewt payment-I have yet to find out if I have indeed been charged.
