A check dated 11/22 in the amount of $446.44 payable to Interben Med appeared on my Wells Fargo bank statement. A phone call to the bank revealed the check #1607 had the correct routing and account number. I do not know how that was obtained. A phone call on 12/12at 1-866-840-2527 revealed this was for some type of prescription drug discount program which I obviously did not want since I belong to the Kaiser Permanente Program. I so informed them during the phone call and was assured it would be cancelled and a refund would appear on my bank statement with in four to five weeks.
On 2/12 I again called Interben Med and was told yes I was due a refund and they would so notify the company (I was unable to learn who the company was.). My request for a mailing address elicited the address of 100 Walnut St., Suite 1051, Champlain, NY 12919.
My letter dated 3/13/212 to that address was returned marked "return to sender no forwarding address".
