They called my 93 year old mother, lied and told here that they were her health care provider [humanna], and they needed her checking account number to keep providing coverage. They took $446.44 out! When I called them, i found out that you can't speak to them, you speak to a third party customer service company. I was promised a refund but never recieved anything! These people belong in jail! Where is the justice in america?
