John Wilson #E909, from the American Medical Office, called on Oct. 11. Said I had to have this to go with my Medicare. I said No, I would not give my account number. He said that everytime I write a check, everyone handling that check has access to the account number. No. Sent me to supervisor (Olivia). Then to recorder (Sierra). I finally gave in.
I went to bank when I seen what had been done. Bank gave me a copy of check they (interben) had deposited. Bank called, a Rob #0942 answered, said refund would be in 21 days.
Since then I have called several time with the same answer of, I will put an ASAP on it, if I don't receive it call back in a week to call again. The last person (Trever #183) told me it had been approved to be returned. That was 1-5.
It, as of this date, has been 4 months.
