Their web site states they respond in 4 business hours. They do not. I cancelled my account back on 03/13 due to I was not able to use it, access it, or get any customer service what so ever. Now, yesterday, 3/26 I get an email from them saying I owe them money (a monthly fee). This company is a total scam!
