Thetop Agent represents that it will advertise that it has a network of top real estate agents to help consumers. They tout in their sales pitch to agents (and on their web site) that they will run hundreds of commercials per month.
The problem is, the company does not run commercials (see the complaint filed on 3/6 by a fellow realtor). They are also unresponsive, will not provide any details of current or past ads run, and are very unprofessional.
We signed a contract on 1/17, with service to begin on 3/1 and were called by the agent that had the territory prior to us who felt scammed, as well.
I will be filing complaints in NC with the BBB and Attorney General's office. Please let me know if others are experiencing the same issues.
