This company claims to be running hundreds of commercials per month promoting that they will provide access to top real estate agents. They are suckering real estate agents into buying into this company with a guarantee of free contract extensions if the agent doesn't close on a transaction during the contract term.
We went under contract 1/17 with a contract start date of March 1, and paid $2600.00. The problem so far is that the company does not advertise, is not willing to provide any schedule for advertising, and has been totally unresponsive.
We are in the Raleigh, NC market and I will be contacting the BBB and NC Attorney General's office. If anyone has a similar complaint, please post.
