Account got in arears wrang up two months behind told if pay by by a certain date no further action no dept collection paid on date next got another owe 38$ small gas bottle cost 250$ for one year wrang back to return bottle asked about refund told was no refund after paid the money 6 months left on bottle why am i not entitled to a refund i will pay 38$ extra but i will never use you again phone
