I own rental property and needed bullet proof flooring put in kitchen It was estimated at aprox $1400.00 when I decided to go ahead and have it done I called and there was no record of this sales person because they said he was fired. New sales person comes back out says this person did not know what they were doing and the product I want to sell you is much touffer even high heals wont hurt it it may leave a dent but it bouces rite back. After install I discover the sheet is not glued down and can be pulled up anywhere in the room Long story short Mr thomas said they would replace it at a small cost expecting the differance between the two products they want $589.00 the companies cost of the product I exspect. Several phone calls measages left bothched meatings Mr Burton who is not much better at returning calls one time in three days never getting to talk with him I am busey too
