This guy is very good at what he do. He posed as a collection person working for a newspaper where i placed a ad to sell some items. Contacted me saying my ad would be removed due to some kind of payment issue. I asked him to let me speak to a supervisor to confirm it was the newspaper and he did. But when i got my statement there was payments made to norfolk city jail, lowes and home depot orders, phone orders, cable bills, light bills, shoes and ect. The following week i get another phone call telling me the same thing and when i let him know i knew he was doing he than laughed hung up and called me back
