I signed up for a subscription to this service on March 13th with the understanding that I could cancel within 30 days and get my money back. This firm is located in Utah. Today I tried to cancel [within the 30 days] and got the run around. When I tried to cancel using the process they provide on the website, I get an error message. When I call the toll free number, I get a recorded message that tells me to use the process on the website. When I press "zero" to speak to a customer service rep, I get music on hold followed by a voice message telling me to leave a message and they'll get back to me. Can you help me with this? I'm getting ripped off here! Thanks.
