I recieved an email as an advertisement for lovegenietips for 9.99, it offered to text HELP or STOP to cancel. I have seen these scams before, so I didnt respond at all to the text.

2 minutes later i recieved a text stating that i had joined and that my cell phone bill will be billed $9.99. When i called the support number, it was a 3rd party company, saying that they would take me off and if i gave them my cell phone number, name and street address they would send me a refund check... I refused to give this company my home address. What a scam! I guess i will be calling AT&T.

How does this (Inappropriate Content Removed) happen??!
