I registered my video card like they said to do when I bought it, it went bad sent it to them they agreeded it was bad then no response from them, waited three days then found phone number to call them they informed me they had replaced the card with a 150.00 card that is not the same chipset as the original card. I called them back and told them it won't work correctly with my motherboard the tech agreed with me but said to bad. I asked why my card was not fixed he laughed and said they don't fix them. So I am getting back a card that not only is a cheap card but will not work for me. Very upset with this and getting no satisfaction with this company.
