I did a backround check on someone... I wanted a one time only check. They started billing me $ 19.86 a month... I didn't catch it for 4 months. When I did I had a conference call with my bank, and they said it was in thier terms and conditions, which most people don't read when they buy on the internet. Also when you try to call them on their posted number they ask you for a passcode, which of course you don't have and so you can't even get through to them by phone. A complete SCAM...
