Deceptive sales practices

Internet & Web / Online Scam

These people will try to rip you off everyway possible. To begin they check a box on the signin screen next to a point which goes to Terms and Conditions. Reliable people, show the Terms and Conditions up front and leave the box unchecked for you to check it. Of course the Terms and Conditions say that if you buy something within 14 days, that they will then charge you $29.95 a month.

Most people signup and buy something without thinking about reading something they don't see. If you buy something, they put it in a pending status and wait for your call. When you call they go oh we'll take care of that. They then ship you the product and start charging you a $29.95 a month fee.

I called and complained about the deception and the lady said that I didn't know how to read. She agreed though to credit the $29.95. I cancelled my account with them. Now for the kicker. The item they advertised was a nice umbrella and what they actually sent me was a cheap one. They still got me.

Beware they are a scam site!
