Tax preparation theft

I originally filed my taxes @ the alameda location. When filed i was asked how much they charge for tax preparation, the tax preparer said 250.00. I never was presented with a fee sheet, when i went back to pick up my federal refund, my check was almost 800.00 shorter than the tax refund i was told. I then begin to ask questions, they tried to tell me maybe i owed the federal or state. I then saw other ppl complaining on the news, i also contacted the internal revenue. They stated the original refund amount was direct deposited in instant tax service bank account. There was nothing that came out the original amount. A couple of weeks ago i decided to go back to that location, they were closed with another location and phone number attached to the building. My file was transferred to the loch raven location. When i went to that location, the tax preparer pulled my file and showed me that the fee sheet was not signed @ all by me. She also told me that some people were granted a e-file refund back of 149.00. I asked if she could submit my name, she claim she submitted my name to her boss via email, and there were unable to grant me the refund. I asked why, she told me that that was the location error and fault. I feel like they should accept responsibility for there employees actions. They offered me a free tax preparation for next year, i declined that offer. I want some of my money back that was taken from me when i got my refund. I am a single mom with 2 kids. That was unfair and cruel. I will never return to them as a customer again.
