I received the trial product. I was never informed of the $97.88 that would be debited out of my account, I was very angry. My bank gave their telephone number and I called only to be put on hold for 15 minutes, I finally left a voice mail and was told that I would be contacted within 24hours. I was totally scammed and feel violated. I have a set amount of money I can use every month (retirement.) I need that money back in my account, and cannot have them take out any more.
