We are an appliance repair company in northern NJ and have been in business since 1974. We received 4 authorizations for payments beginning April 6 for four different customers. We have been faxing and emailing invoices with required information since June. This company has NEVER RETURNED ONE EMAIL OR FAX. I spoke with them again today and was told that Tony, the manager had left for the day since he works 9-3 mountain time. It was 2:30 pm. This company is a fraud. Never had we had a company deceive us and their customers this way. We will proceed with a suit to recover damages. They are a disgrace.
