They presented themselves as globaltellinks so I set up the account online thinking they were globaltelllinks and when I recieved the phone call from the rep to activate the account I asked was this globaltell and was told no so I then said sorry this is the wrong provider I need my card to be credited the funds that was charged and I was told it was to late they do not issue refunds. I advised the rep the account was not fully setup and how could they keep my money for a service that is not being provided! I was told again they dont issue refunds!
They are talking advantage of family trying to keep in contact with there loved ones!
