Ordered and paid, never received our Chica

Ordered the Chica on December 19th and was told it would be 6-8 weeks until we received it. Doll never came, so I emailed Debbie and heard the same excuses. Last two emails to her went unanswered, including an email sent to the account linked to the paypal account I sent the money too, heyowl@live.com, listed under the name Bailey Kirkpatrick. Finally I filed a dispute with Paypal today which immediately got bumped to a claim, leading me to believe that the Paypal account has been closed. Looks like we were scammed, intentionally or not.
