Lied about the promotion, Overcharged, No phone cust svc / tech support, 30% refund, no resolution

Bought the promo deal of $256.51 but charged $266.51. Have not yet obtained the refund of overcharge, in spite of being promised. No Invoice provided until repeated requests made.invoice shows no date or purchase, company address or phone #. Merchant that charged my credit card is in Germany. Promotional offer of FREE TV box.invoice showed a separate charge of $79. Did not disclose the telecast if per Indian Standard Time so all the prime time shows are during AM hours in the US. Video keeps buffering (mostly 70% times) VOD list of shows are wrongly recorded. E. G; XYZ named show plays ABC show. Browsing channels keeps you waiting for minutes. Lot of times, have to unplug the power supply, reboot the box and by then, the show I am interested in watching is over. Technical / Customer Service Support is via web, so it is time consuming and inconvenient. Unprofessional staff who keep saying that our issue will be responded in 24-48 hours. Requested to freeze the account, however you have to wait for the authorized personelle with special powers to do so (Keep trying them every few hours). Bad service, stick your cable or satellite provider.
