They had a great sales pitch, I said send the details. They said not until l pay there fee. They would only accept my bank account number. I stupidly agreed. They sent the documents after they received the payment[$1990.00] Reading the documents I realized this was not for me. I immediately contacted them canceling there services. They said it was to late, they would not send my money back. Its been 3 mo. Now, last mo. We closed on a new mortgage at the same rate[3.875%] that they quoted without the up front charge. They told me that if I could do this they would refund the $1990.00 fee. I sent them proof of the new mortgage; they have not responded.
