I was going to refi with this company, with a guarentee that I could get my money back. When I did get them on the phone they said it would take 2 weeks. I haven't seen the money since, and it's been 6 weeks. I called the Atty. General in Boston in hopes that I could get some leveredge, but they said there's only so much they could do. I have found out that my money is in the hands of J.P. Morgan, and they keep saying the complaint is pending. They don't want to give up the money. I am financially broke, and I can only wait with hope that that they will give it back.
