Ripoff

I was looking for a loan i didn't need a co-signer for. I found this business called first morgan finance. After i filled out the application i was approved. I went along with he contract giving all my information. There were three steps to follow.

First step was to forward following documants. Second step was to provide banking information. Third was to give a down deposit. After i gave the down deposit they suposedly could give the loan unless i had more money.

I then told them just to give money back and forget it. They then told me to fax a letter saying i cancled the application and then i would recieve my money back in three weeks.

I had called them a day after the canclelation asking them if they could send me mail stating my refund will return. The represenative i spoke with said he will call me back. I have have not heard from them in two weeks. Ihave been trying to call them But there is no anwser. I really need my money back can you please help me.
