Yep, they got us too. $599 for advertising with them based upon a recording of my wife agreeing to their charges according to their "taped recording". They claim to have sent us monthly bills and are now demanding payment. They also have our company listed under "Pet Services", and we are a Plumbing/Heating and A/C contractor! The Better Business Bureau in New York gave us the following entities to send our complaint to:
1) Federal Trade Commission, 1 Bowling Green, Suite 318, New York, NY 10004
2) New York Attorney General, The Capitol, Albany, NY 12224-0341
3) New York City Dept. Of Consumer Affairs - NYC, 42 Broadway, New York, NY
10004
File your complaints with these agencies. Tyler Wood (if that is even his real name) is nothing but a con artist practicing deception on hard-working American businessman. Let's stop him in his tracks!
