Fraudulant Charges on Credit Card

In July of there were three charges on my credit card that I did not place. One was in the amount of $69.99. Two weeks later one appeared for $69.99 and another 10 days later for $59.99.

When I called the store number on the credit card, I was put on hold and never gotten back to. I've left several messages with no return call.

I have filed a dispute claim with my credit card and also a report with the Attorney General in New York.
