They rented me an apartment and neglected to tell me the apartment above me had fire damage and a roof leak, so imagine my shock when I came home one night in the rain to find my apartment leaking. I called maintenece who came out and said they could not do anything until the next morning. They never did anything. Within a week the mold was so bad in my apartment I could hardly stay there, and I was pregnant which is hard on the baby. On Friday my closet caved in and my room started caving in as well.

We called the city to come and inspect the apartment and they gave us 24 hours to move out of a 2 bedroom apartment. We lost a lot of things from computers to clothes and stereos due to the water damage. The only thing they were willing to do is let us out of our lease. We did not have rental insurance so we had to tale a huge loss and pay for the hotel we stayed in until we could find somewhere to go. I even emailed and sent letters to the owners of the property to no avail.

Do not move into this complex, they will not be honest with you and its not safe.
