Mid-america apartment communities suck big time. Do not rent an apartment anywhere in the country with these people. They will rip you off! They will tell you anything you want to know and answer all of your questions with lies and then get you to sign an iron clad lease that holds you financially responsible for the apartment for years without anyway of getting out of it.

You may think you are signing a 6 month lease and then it turns out you really signed for 13 months or more and they will make you pay all of it no matter what. Stay away from MAAC!!! They have properties in FL, TN GA and others. Look for the MAAC on the lease and then Do Not Sign It!

Run to any other apartments because they will NOT rip you off like MAAC!
