Misrepresentation given when renewing my membership

Agent represented that membership applied to select restaurants in addition to travel services. Today I learned that this is not so and I am disputing my credit card payment.
This company lies too much.in addition to above, their literature says that they are open Monday-Thursday from 9 AM to 9PM and Friday and Saturday 9 am to 5 PM.
No matter how many times I called I was never able to get them on the phone. They are a bunch of rip offs
