David West, a sales representative of Executive Resorts International, contacted me about selling my Myrtle Beach property, He told me he had a buyer and was approved to purchase my property for $18,500 and I agreed. He faxed me the Sales Agreement, which was completed and faxed to him on July12.

July 26 he called asking for $1835 to take care of the fees for Identification information, Seller's Affidavit, Title and Authorization to release information, Title Searches and Transfer of Title forms. After the Executive Resorts had my money, it was hard tracking down David West or any managers affiliated with Executive Resorts International.

I contacted the Honorable Catherine Cortez Masto, Attorney General of Nevada. I did not receive any help. I thought I would look on the web to see if there was anything about Executive Resorts International and I found you!
