I checked my bank to find that your-money. Tv had taken £49.50 from my account. I've never had any dealings with this company and will be trying to get my money back. I'll be ringing consumer direct and action fraud before approaching my bank to make a formal complaint for an unauthorised withdrawal. I've been told to quote BCOBS 5.1.11 from the fsa handbook if they are unhelpful, this should hopefully get my money back. Thieving bastards.
