First Life - Dominion Financial - First Life Centurion with false promise of a credit card, took money from my grandson's bank account, refused to return it and gave nothing ripoff

After my grandson Ian, age 26, responded to an Email from First Life saying they could give him a credit card. They called told him they needed his bank account# to withdraw a $299 fee. He gave the # but said the withdrawal would make him overdrawn. He said to wait a week or so until he could deposit a paycheck.

Checking his account at Glacier Bank, Kalispell, MT, a few days later he found the withdrawal had been made. He called the bank asking that they put the money back. They refused, without advising that he could recover the money if he filed a formal complaint within 60 days.
He then called First Life and (after a lengthy delay) told them to return the money.

They refused. They, of course, issued no credit card. They do not have credit cards, they are a total fraud and a criminal enterprise, aided by the negligence of banks which cooperate without adequate protection of depositors' money.

When my grandson finally called me he learned from me of his right to complain formally. He then went to the bank and because it was the 61st day, they rejected his complaint.
