I bought a watch from www.bagzer.co.uk and more money was taken out from my account than expected. After several emails it transpired they didn't have the watch I wanted and to pick another one which I did. They didn't have this either so I emailed back asking for the money to be transferred back into my account and have not heard a peep since!
