False advertising dishonest unresponsive Ripoff

I bought a G-Force Utility Watch (Orange) from eDigital Electronics. The picture showed that all four sections of the watch show bright orange. When I received the watch, I found this to not be true. Only the bottom one was bright orange and the upper three were dark. I tried holding it under a halogen light even, and they didn't get very bright.

I emailed the company and explained the situation and explained that I expected a full refund because I considered this false advertising. They gave me an RMA. I sent the watch back.

A couple weeks later, I received an email that they were refunding only part of my money because they found that the watch was as advertised. They deducted a 20% restocking fee. As far as I'm concerned, this is a rip off and they didn't even bother to match the watch to the picture.
