Car was missing catalytic converter

When I found out that the car needed catalytic converter work I could not afford to get it done. I was unable to drive the car from November til February 1 When I had to pay for the work to be done. The dealer had sold the car to me with the warning lights disconnected so I had no way of knowing that it failed emission test until I took it in to be tested. I have the bills for the work that had to be done to the car and a note from the company that did the work on the car, Wade's Discount Mufflers. He was very irritated that someone had taken advantage of a 66 year old woman. I will send the note to you and he is also willing to talk to you regarding the car. The car is also missing the California Catalytic Converter. They had removed that also. This car has only been driven
