I bought two tickets for Washington, D.C. They withdrew the money from my checking account. As of today, March 10, I have not received the tickets. I have called them three times but they do not answer to my call or to my e-mails.
They sent me some paper work from Houston telling me that somebody would get in touch with me but never again have I received any news from them.
