Green Dot requires you to pay 4.95 to buy the card and put money on it. So this is what I did and only to find out you have to be 18 to use the card. So I decided I would just get a refund and found out i wouldn't get my 4.95 back only the money that was actually placed on the card. 4.95 doesn't seem like much but, money is still money and due to Green Dot not printing shit about having to be 18 to actually use this card i am now out of it 4.95. Not to mention having to wait 7-10 days for my money to be returned!
